Who We Are

This organization is dedicated to maintaining the traditional values and teachings of Sensei Eiichi Miyazato. Based in Toronto, Canada, our outreach extends to many parts of the world. The Okinawa Goju Ryu Karate Federation (Canada) has been active since 1986, led by Shihan Ron Yamanaka. Care should be taken not to confuse this Federation with other international organizations of a similar name. We seek to unify all traditional martial artists through events, education and fraternity. We also seek to share truths about Traditional Goju Ryu and the history of Martial Arts.
